Hello,
with frustration and dissapointment we have to say that we won't do the UK/Ireland tour. The promoter for the Belfast and Dublin show cancelled both shows, and because we wouldn't make it financially we also have to cancel our shows in Manchester and Glasgow. These are the dates we would play, but are cancelled now: FR 11th in Dublin(IRE) @ club TBA, with: Burial(EN) + local band TBA SA 12th in Belfast(N-IRE) @ The Limelight, with: Waylander(IRE) and Burial(EN) SU 13th in Manchester(EN) Shane Whittake Fest @ Satan's Hollow, with: Burial(EN) and more bands TBA MO 14th in Glasgow(SCO) @ Rockers, with: Burial(EN)
We are very sorry, we were really looking forward to those shows. But we'll definately do an UK/Ireland tour in the future!
On a more positive note: Next weekend Ezra will play live at Vlamrock in Flemish Limburg with his other band QUAEDT. They play at on club stage at 17h45. A MESSAGE TO THOSE WHO HAVE DOWNLOADED OUR MUSIC ILLEGALLY: Go to the local record store and buy/order our music. Otherwise you are ripping us, and making it hard for us to have the financial possibility to record our next album. We know there are hundreds and thousands of people who downloaded it illegal... We really try to keep the prices down, but it's not only in our hands. 1 more argument is the artwork of our last album: we drawed every single drawing ourselves and every single letter in the booklet is handwritten! Our fucking soul is in our music and art in general!
Illegal downloading is only for thieves who don't have the balls to steal the music in a record store! For all those who bought our music: thanks for the support! CHEERS! Keep supporting the underground!
